   Lei jun was born in december 1969 and received a bachelor's degree in computer science from wuhan university in july 1991. he is the group's executive director, founder, chairman and chief executive officer. he is responsible for the group's overall strategy, culture and key products, and oversees the senior management team. as a well-known technology entrepreneur in china, lei jun joined kingsoft software co., ltd. in 1992 and has held various senior positions, including chairman of the board of directors since july 2011, non-executive director since august 2008, and chairman of the board since 1998. he served as ceo from 2007 to december 2007. since december 2011, lei jun has served as a director of beijing kingsoft office software co., ltd. in april 2015, he was appointed chairman of the board of directors of kingsoft cloud holdings co., ltd. in 2000, lei jun founded the online retail platform joy.com, which was acquired by amazon in 2004. at the same time, as an angel investor, lei jun has also invested in many innovative companies such as huanju times and uc browser.

   Lin bin, born in february 1968, received a bachelor of science degree in radio electronics from sun yat-sen university in july 1990 and a master of science degree from drexel university in the united states in june 1992. he is the executive director, co-founder and vice chairman of the group, and the chairman of xiaomi charity foundation hong kong co., ltd. lin bin co-founded the group with lei jun in 2010 and served as the group's president until 2019, and later served as the group's vice chairman. in the early stages of the group's development, lin bin was responsible for the daily operations of the group, including talent introduction, human resources, administration, legal affairs and finance. he was also responsible for strategic cooperation with major suppliers, as well as market development in countries such as india and indonesia. as the group develops, lin bin is also responsible for the group's domestic sales and marketing, after-sales services and smartphone business. prior to joining the group, lin bin served as the director of engineering at google from 2006 to 2010. previously, he worked at microsoft from 1995 to 2006, serving as software design engineer (sde), sde supervisor, sde manager, and engineering director. previously, lin bin worked for adp company in may 1993 as a network engineer.

                                                        Partner and president

 

   Lu weibing, born in september 1975, graduated from tsinghua university in chemistry in 1998 and received an emba degree from cheung kong graduate school of business in 2009. he is currently a partner and president of the group and president of the international business department, in charge of the smartphone department, ecosystem department, major appliance department, china region, and india region. lu weibing joined the group in 2019 and has been in charge of the china sales department, the international department, as well as the redmi brand, product planning, manufacturing, sales and marketing. with many years of market experience and deep insights, he led the team to formulate strategic goals and business directions and achieved very positive results. before joining the group, lu weibing founded shenzhen chenyi technology co., ltd. and served as the company's ceo from june 2017 to december 2018; from april 2010 to june 2017, he served as the president of gionee communications equipment co., ltd. ; from january 2008 to march 2010, he worked at beijing tianyu communication equipment co., ltd. as the general manager of the overseas business department; from july 1998 to december 2007, he worked at shenzhen konka communication co., ltd. as the sales general manager.

   Liu de, born in august 1973, graduated from beijing institute of technology with a bachelor's degree in industrial design in july 1996; received a master's degree from beijing institute of technology in mechanical design and theory in march 2001; graduated from the american art institute in april 2010 central college of design, received a master's degree in industrial design. currently, he is the group’s executive director, co-founder, senior vice president, and director of the group’s leadership and management department. liu de joined the group in 2010 and was in charge of multiple business departments such as smartphone supply chain, industrial design, and ecosystem business. he is currently the head of the group’s leadership and management department, responsible for the design and improvement of the group’s organizational structure, the selection, training and performance appraisal of mid- and senior-level employees, and the cultivation of key talents, to provide assistance for the group’s future development. liu de founded the department of industrial design at the university of science and technology beijing in 2001 and served as the department chair. from 2003 to 2007, he founded and led beijing xinfengrui industrial design co., ltd.; from 2007 to 2010, he founded and led rethink concept. he has rich entrepreneurial experience and design practice.

 

                                                                                                                      

                                                              Zeng xuezhong

   Zeng xuezhong, born in july 1973, graduated from tsinghua university in 1996 with a major in physics, and later received an emba degree from tsinghua university. he currently serves as senior vice president of the group and president of the smartphone division. zeng xuezhong joined the group in 2020 and is responsible for smartphone r&d and manufacturing. before joining the group, he served as senior vice president and president of china of zte corporation, executive vice president of zte corporation, and ceo of zte terminal. he also served as global executive vice president of tsinghua unigroup, president of tsinghua unigroup, and ceo of spreadtrum communications co., ltd. , chairman and general manager of haichi communication technology co., ltd. and other senior management positions. zeng xuezhong is a senior expert in corporate management and communications industry, with extensive experience in corporate strategy, innovation and transformation.

 

                                                                                                                      

                                                                Yan kesheng

   Yan kesheng, born in may 1970, graduated from hefei university of technology in agricultural machinery design and manufacturing in july 1992 with a bachelor's degree. currently, he is the vice president of the group and general manager of the intelligent manufacturing department, responsible for system-level intelligent manufacturing solutions. yan kesheng joined the group in 2010 and served as the head of the smartphone hardware r&d department. he was fully involved in the definition and manufacturing processes of smartphones, and established many departments such as the smartphone core components department, the group quality committee, and qinghe university. before joining the group, yan kesheng worked at motorola technology co., ltd. and vtech telecommunications co., ltd. as chief structural design engineer.

   Lin shiwei, born in october 1973, graduated from oxford university in august 1998 with a master's degree in engineering. he is currently the vice president and chief financial officer of the group and chairman of tianxing digital technology. mr. lin joined the group in 2020. before joining the group, mr. lam worked at credit suisse (hong kong) from january 2016 to october 2020, serving as managing director and head of the asia technology, media and telecommunications (tmt) group of the investment banking department. from july 1997 to december 2015, he worked at morgan stanley in its offices in london, new york, menlo park and hong kong. mr. lin is responsible for leading a number of u.s. ipo projects such as kingsoft cloud, xpeng motors, and pinduoduo, as well as a number of hong kong ipo projects such as alibaba, xiaomi, and netease.

   Zhu dan, born in february 1978, received a master's degree in automatic control from beijing institute of technology in 2003. he is currently the vice president of the group and vice president of research and development of the smartphone department. zhu dan joined the group in 2010 and was responsible for the baseband department, product department, camera department, display department and other departments of the group's smartphone department. from 2016 to 2018, he was responsible for product planning in the smartphone product department. from 2018 to 2021, he was responsible for the r&d management and technical roadmap planning of the camera department, and led the camera department to win two dxo first prizes. before joining the group, zhu dan worked as a r&d engineer at motorola north asia center from october 2003 to october 2008. zhu dan worked at huopai technology co., ltd. from october 2008 to october 2010 as the r&d director of the baseband department, responsible for mobile phone r&d and management.

   Wang xiaoyan, born in february 1974, received a bachelor's degree in physics from beijing normal university in 1994 and a master's degree in business administration from renmin university of china in 1999. she is currently the group's vice president and president of china. wang xiaoyan joined the group in 2019 and was in charge of the e-commerce department, sales operations department, new retail department, and operator department in china. she played a decisive role in the stability and development of the new retail business in china despite the unfavorable external environment. before joining the group, wang xiaoyan had 20 years of experience in the communications industry. from 2010 to 2019, she developed the xiaojiao smartphone brand. from 2006 to 2010, she served as senior sales manager of beijing tianyu communication equipment co., ltd., and worked at zte from 1999 to 2005. communication.

   Qu heng, born in october 1981, graduated from the department of computer science and engineering of beihang university in 2003 and received a master's degree in computer science and engineering from harbin institute of technology in 2013. he is currently the group vice president and chairman of the group technical committee, in charge of the group quality committee and the group purchasing committee. qu heng joined the group in 2010 and is one of the founding team members of xiaomi. he was responsible for the development of miui and miliao, and served as a router system engineer. after becoming the general manager of the ecology department in 2018, he led the team to focus on the intelligent ecological layout with smartphones as the core and the implementation of the group's "mobile phone xaiot" strategy, building xiaomi into the world's largest consumer-grade iot platform. before joining the group, he worked at beijing kingsoft software co., ltd. from april 2005 to april 2010, holding various positions such as engineer, development manager and project manager, and accumulated rich experience in software development and project management experience.

   Ma ji, born in august 1978, received a master's degree in computer science and engineering from zhejiang university in 2002. he is currently the vice president of the group and general manager of the new retail department in china. ma ji joined the group in 2013 and has been responsible for the miui security center, miui products, and xiaomi's global internet business, leading the team to promote the globalization of miui and xiaomi internet products and services. in december 2020, he served as the general manager of the internet business department, responsible for xiaomi's global internet products and services and commercialization. in january 2023, ma ji became the vice president of xiaomi group, in charge of the group's internet business. in october 2023, he will continue to serve as vice president and concurrently as the general manager of the new retail department in china, managing the operations and expansion of xiaomi stores in china, and being responsible for the operations of mi.com and xiaomi youpin. before joining the group, he worked at qihoo 360 company from september 2010 to may 2013 as the project manager of 360 mobile security and 360 mobile assistant. he has many years of experience in operators and the mobile internet industry.

Xu fei, born in november 1982, graduated from tsinghua university in automation in 2005 and received a master's degree in computer science and technology in 2007. he is currently the vice president and chief marketing officer (cmo) of xiaomi group, and concurrently serves as the general manager of the group's strategic marketing department and the general manager of the china marketing department. he is fully responsible for the group's brand, public relations, marketing and other work. xu fei joined the group in 2010 and was an early member of the group. he served as the head of the miui operating system product team and was deeply involved in the formation of xiaomi's pioneering "internet development model". in 2021, he will serve as the vice president and general manager of the marketing department of xiaomi china, and will be fully responsible for xiaomi brand, marketing, public relations and other work. before joining the group, xu fei worked at google from 2007 to 2010 as a product manager. he promoted the launch of multiple heavyweight products such as integrated search, chinese voice search, and mobile maps, and established the design paradigm for mobile internet products.

Zhang jianhui, born in march 1979, graduated from henan agricultural university in 2002 and received an mba from china europe international business school in 2023. he is currently the vice president of xiaomi group, chairman of the group purchasing committee, and concurrently serves as the general manager of the group's asset engineering management department, in charge of the group's administrative department. zhang jianhui joined the group in 2011 and took the lead in establishing after-sales service and new retail systems. he won many industry awards and laid a solid foundation for the development of the group's new retail business. in 2022, he will serve as the special assistant to the group ceo, responsible for the group's administrative affairs, engineering construction and asset management. before joining the group, zhang jianhui worked at beijing kingsoft software from 2002 to 2011, responsible for market and channel management, and accumulated rich practical experience in market and management.
